I’m very excited to share this incredible Face work with you. Perfect if anyone has any specific observations about their face/head/skull/neck. This can be anything from sinus problems, hearing loss, headaches, wrinkles, puffiness, sagging, nerve pain, any asymmetry you notice from one side of the face to the other etc.
Repetitive stress patterns are proven to break down every part of our bodies. Squinting, clenching, furrowing and grinding cause far more damage to our face structure and skin than the offenders most-often marketed.

The cost of the workshop is £18. The Faceballs come as a pair, a small ball for the face and a larger ball similar in size to the pearl ball. Both designed to be suitable for careful work on this particular area of our body. In order to participate in Faceball classes, for hygiene reasons you need to own your own balls I cannot loan them for use unfortunately. To order your balls please go to the Yamuna Shop on this website, they are £56.50 for the set. We can arrange either for me to drop off or for you to collect before the first Saturday in the series. Please purchase or order your balls first or at the time of booking the workshop if you don’t already have your own, this will avoid any confusion and make sure spaces are available for those who have or have reserved the product. I am only planning to have 8 - 10 places available.
