Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fibre and muscles in place.  The nerves within our fascia make it as sensitive as skin.  Using the Yamuna method we will explore key fascial lines in the body as well as the organs, bones and muscles to see how we can evacuate stress and the tightening effect it has on our fascia to make us feel and move in health.
