Through the Yamuna Yoga method we will explore how to build a healthy foundation for our practice. Elements of Foot Fitness and Breathwork to both direct energy and breath in to our whole body to both expand from the inside out and create a stable, healthy and functional body that can lift and elevate from the ground up. Our everyday lifestyle tends to allow our bodies to be drawn downwards, this workshop will illuminate where you can lift, find space and energise certain key areas in the body that harbour impact; the feet, ankles, knees and hips. You will feel transformed! All balls, foot wakers/savers are provided. Booking is essential.
